Aftab Poonawala Denies Shraddha Walkar Murder Accusation, Says Will Face Preliminary

New Delhi: Delhi’s Saket court today outlined charges against Aftab Poonawala, blamed for killing his live-in sweetheart Shraddha Walkar and cleaving her body into pieces. The Delhi Police had booked Poonawala under Areas 302 (murder) and 201 (annihilation of proof) of the Indian Corrective Code, which has now been outlined by the court subsequent to analyzing proof delivered by the police.
