“A new case has been enlisted under Segment 66 of the Data Innovation Act, Segment 52 of the Detainment facilities Act, Segments 506 and 149 of the Indian Reformatory Code (IPC) at Police headquarters Goindwal Sahib,” the cop said.
After the killing on Sunday last, Punjab Police had enrolled a first data report (FIR) on Monday.
