Dutch Traveler Attacked, Cut By Goa Inn Staff: Police

Panaji: A staff part at a retreat in North Goa’s Pernem has been captured for cutting and attacking a Dutch vacationer and furthermore wounding someone else who went to help the traveler, informed police authorities on Friday.
The blamed has been recognized as Abhishek Verma and the harmed individual as Eurico.

As per the Director of Police (SP), Nidhin Valsan, “A retreat staff member intruded into the leased tent of the complainant, when she began to shout for help, one neighborhood individual acted the hero her from the blamed and seeing his presence, the denounced took off. After that the denounced got back with a blade, attacked the nearby individual, further attacked the complainant, and escaped away from the spot.”

The SP further said that the complainant and the nearby individual were moved to the medical clinic for therapy.

“The blade utilized for the commission of the wrongdoing has been recuperated. FIR has been enlisted under area 452,354,307,506(II) of IPC,” said Nidhin Valsan.
