Ensure Every Poor Gets Food,’ PM Urges BJP Workers In Foundation Day Message

Coronavirus in India LIVE Updates: With countrywide confirmed COVID-19 cases breaching 4000-mark and death toll surging beyond 100 on Monday, India nears the end of the second week of the lockdown, imposed nationwide for three weeks to fight the COVID-19 crisis. Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s call for 9 PM 9 Minutes went off well without any disruption in the electricity grid after the government and utilities put in place elaborate plans to deal with the sudden drop and then a quick spurt in demand. People including eminent personalities from different sectors participated in the event by lighting diyas, candles and torchlights to show solidarity as the country remains faced with Coronavirus pandemic.

What PM Modi said in his address to BJP workers:

India has worked rapidly with a holistic approach that is being appreciated by not only Indians but also WHO. All countries should come together and fight this, so India had active participation in the meeting of the SAARC countries and the G20 meeting: PM Narendra Modi
India’s efforts have set an example before the world in tackling Coronavirus Pandemic. India is one of the countries which understood the seriousness of this disease & waged a timely war against it. India took several decisions and tried its best to implement them on the ground: PM Narendra Modi.
