Kriti Sanon does leg raises in new workout video. Read about the benefits

By Daphne Clarance: Kriti Sanon took to Instagram to share a new workout video. The actress, who is high on fitness and an advocate of healthy living, transmits her idea of balance by including home-cooked meals in her diet and working out at the gym on a regular basis.

On Tuesday, she shared a clip on Instagram in which she is seen laying on a yoga mat at the gym and performing an exercise that enables core strength.

In this exercise, one has to lay flat on the ground with hands on the sides and then slowly pick their legs up and bring them down without moving the arms, just like Kriti does in the video.

“Core values,” wrote Kriti in the caption of the clip. This leg raising exercise further improves the overall strength of the body and also helps to reduce belly fat.

For her recent film Bhediya, Kriti underwent an intense workout routine with co-star Varun Dhawan. Sharing a glimpse of the exercise regimen, she shared a video on Instagram. “Tribing with the [Bhediya]. I’ve Always Got Your Back. Just like in the film #IYKYK Varun Dhawan. Friends that Tribe Together.”

On the work front, Kriti will star in a number of projects, such as Ganapath, Shehzada and Adipurush. She will feature opposite Prabhas in Adipurush and Tiger Shroff in Ganapath. In Shehzada, a Hindi remake of the Telugu hit Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, she will feature alongside Kartik Aaryan.
