John Abraham and Emraan Hashmi’s film Mumbai Saga, collected Rs 90 lakh at the box office on Day 6. The film’s total collection currently stands at Rs 12.60 crore.

Mumbai Saga, which released on March 19 (Friday), opened to positive word-of-mouth reviews. However, the film is not being able to perform well at the box office due to the rise in the number of Covid-19 cases in Maharashtra and some other states. The film’s collection was steady on Day 5 but it witnessed a slump on Day 6. “#MumbaiSaga Fri Rs 2.82 cr, Sat Rs 2.40 cr, Sun Rs 3.52 cr, Mon Rs 1.49 cr, Tue Rs 1.47 cr, Wed Rs 90 lacs. Total: Rs 12.60 cr. #India biz (sic),” trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted.

MUMBAI SAGA COLLECTED RS 1.47 CRORE ON DAY 5
Mumbai Saga’s box office collection was steady on Day 5, quite close to what the film had earned on Day 4. “#MumbaiSaga remains steady on Day 5… In fact, Day 5 is almost at par with Day 4… Fri 2.82 cr, Sat 2.40 cr, Sun 3.52 cr, Mon 1.49 cr, Tue 1.47 cr. Total: 11.70 cr. #India biz (sic),” Taran Adarsh tweeted.
Directed by Sanjay Gupta, Mumbai Saga also stars Suniel Shetty, Jackie Shroff, Kajal Aggarwal, Prateik Babbar and Gulshan Grover. The film was initially scheduled to release on June 19, 2020. However, much like several other films, the release date had to be changed due to the ongoing pandemic.
