New PVC Aadhaar card has come, not a hug – years will come, ask for such at home

Actually, the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) is now issuing a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) card of Aadhaar. The new Aadhaar card is exactly like an ATM card or credit card. Which you can easily carry in the wallet.

The question may be arising in your mind that even the Aadhar card of pocket-size was made earlier. Then what is new in this? UIDAI itself has said that the quality of printing and lamination of new PVC cards is better. It will last for many years. Apart from this, with the new PVC Aadhaar card, the authenticity of the card will be confirmed immediately through the QR code. There will be no technical problems with this.

UIDAI wrote in the tweet, ‘Now you can order a brand new Aadhaar PVC Card, which is attractive in appearance and will last for many days. Apart from this, it is also equipped with modern security features. A hologram, Guilloche pattern, Ghost Image, and micro text features have been given in this new cord for security.

First of all open the official website of UIDAI (, then click on ‘Order Aadhaar PVC Card’ in ‘My Aadhaar Section’. As soon as you click on the Order Aadhaar PVC Card, you will have to enter a 12-digit Aadhaar number or a 16-digit virtual ID or a 28-digit EID, one of these three will have to be entered. 

Finally, the payment option will come. By clicking on it, you pay 50 rupees through all digital mediums. After that, the Aadhaar PVC Card will be ordered. After a few days, the PVC Aadhaar card will reach your home through speed post.
