Prabhas’s upcoming film Salaar with director Prashanth Neel will go on floors on January 15. Tomorrow, the team will hold a muhurat puja in Hyderabad. The principal shooting will commence from the last week of January and will go on for a couple of weeks. According to Prabhas, he will unveil his new look for the film on January 15 at the puja.
SALAAR TO COMMENCE ON JANUARY 15
KGF director Prashanth Neel’s upcoming film Salaar will feature Prabhas in the lead role. The makers will host a muhurat puja on January 15 from 11 am onwards. The puja will be attended by Prabhas and the rest of the cast.
According to a statement, Deputy Chief Minister of Karnataka Ashwathnarayan CN, filmmaker SS Rajamouli and Yash have been invited as the chief guests for the muhurat of Salaar.
PRABHAS TO UNVEIL HIS NEW LOOK
According to reports, Prabhas will be sporting a bulked up avatar for his role in the film. Speaking about the muhurat puja, Prabhas said, “I’m really excited to start the shoot of the film post the Muhurat Puja in Hyderabad and reveal my look to the fans.”
As reported earlier, Prabhas will be playing a violent character, something Prabhas hasn’t played so far. Ever since Salaar was announced, expectations are sky-high for this pan-Indian project.
Salaar is touted to be an action-thriller. Actor John Abraham is said to be in talks to play a negative role in the film. Director Prashanth Neel and the Salaar team will announce the cast and crew details in the coming days.
