On International Dance Day (April 29), celebrities took to social media to wish everyone and write notes on their love for the art of dance. While Sushmita Sen shared a rehearsal video and appreciated her dance guru, Hema Malini shared a throwback photo and revealed that dance has dominated her life. Hema’s daughter Esha Deol also shared a special post commemorating the day.

Hema Malini also took to Instagram to celebrate the occasion. Sharing an old photo of herself, she wrote “International Dance Day – Apr 29. It is special for me,as looking back, I realise that dance has dominated my entire life. Form classical dance forms B Natyam, Kuchipudi, Mohiniyattam, Kathak to Bollywood dance, I’ve performed them all! I’m grateful to all my gurus for making me what I am #internationaldanceday (sic).”
