UP Man Gets Capital punishment For Assaulting, Killing Minor Young lady: Police

Ghaz: A unique court on Wednesday condemned the blamed in the assault and murder for a minor young lady to death, informed police.
The blamed was sentenced for assaulting and killing a 9-year-old young lady, police said.

“The court condemned the blamed to death for the situation for assault and murder of a minor. The sentence was articulated by the Ghaziabad POCSO court. After around a half year, the court condemned the denounced under IPC segments 302, 363 and 376,” Ravi Kumar, DCP Country, Ghaziabad, said.

The occurrence traces all the way back to August 18, 2022 when a minor young lady was tracked down dead at a town in the Modinagar region.

“The episode occurred on August 18, 2022 when a 9-year-old young lady was tracked down dead in a town in the Modinagar region. On August 13, the court sentenced the charged, who hails from a similar town,” he said.

Prior, on February 9, a POCSO court in Ghaziabad indicted a person for assaulting and killing a six-year-old young lady and condemned him to death.
