Ram Charan’s ‘Game Changer’ update: Director Shankar making final edits

Ram Charan

Released in theatres on January 10.

Ram Charan will next be seen in the highly awaited political drama film Game Changer, which, after multiple delays, is scheduled for a theatrical release during the Sankranti season on January 10, 2025. Directed by Shankar, the film is in post-production, and the director is currently making some final edits. The film stars Kiara Advani as the female lead.

According to a report by 123Telugu, renowned director Shankar is currently busy making some final edits to the film as he has not been seen with the team during the recent promotional events. The 61-year-old director is focused on removing specific scenes that may affect the film’s pacing. The director wants to ensure the movie maintains a crisp and engaging flow throughout its run. He is expected to be making all these changes with his editor.

Shankar’s latest film, ‘Indian 2’ starring Kamal Haasan, could not hit the box office. The fans also criticized it for having a disengaging plot and stretching some unwanted scenes during its 2 hours 40 minutes runtime. Maybe Shankar will fine-tune the upcoming film for a better cinematic experience.

Ram Charan

Coming back to ‘Game Changer,’ the plot revolves around Ram Charan, who will be seen as an IAS officer determined to take down the corruption within the system. He is also expected to play a dual role in the film. Alongside him, Kiara Advani is also likely to be seen as a fellow IAS officer.
