Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) users across India, particularly in major cities like Kolkata and Nagpur, are facing widespread signal and connectivity issues. Reports of service disruptions, including dropped calls, slow internet speeds, and complete outages, have been pouring in from various parts of the country.
Downdetector, a platform that tracks real-time service outages, has registered a significant spike in complaints from BSNL users. The outage appears to have affected both mobile and broadband services, leaving many customers frustrated and unable to access essential communication services.
As per Downdetector, 59% of users are experiencing issues with signal and 35% are facing a complete blackout. However, 6% of users are having issues with mobile connectivity.
