BENGALURU: According to US SEC filings, Freshworks founder Girish Mathrubootham recently sold shares in the software-as-a-service company worth nearly $40 million.
Mathrubootham sold 2.5 million shares in two tranches on Dec 18 and 19, reducing his stake in the company from approximately 5% to around 4%.
