Tel Aviv, Israel: Israel’s conflict on Hamas in Gaza will probably happen for a long time, the country’s tactical boss said on Tuesday.
“The conflict will happen for a long time and we will utilize various techniques to keep up with our accomplishments for quite a while,” Head of the General Staff Herzi Halevi told columnists in a broadcast explanation on the Gaza line.
“There are no enchanted arrangements, there are no easy routes in destroying a psychological militant, not entirely settled and constant battling,” said Halevi. “We will arrive at Hamas’ initiative as well, whether it requires a week or on the other hand on the off chance that it requires months.”
Israel promised to destroy Hamas after its warriors burst into Israel on October 7, killing 1,200 individuals and taking 240 prisoners. Its air, ocean and ground hostile in Gaza has since killed almost 21,000 Palestinians, as per specialists.
