High Court To Hear Mahua Moitra’s Test To Removal As MP On Jan 3

New Delhi: The High Court has delayed the conference in Trinamool Congress pioneer Mahua Moitra’s test to her ejection from parliament to January 3. The court said that they need time to concentrate on the document.
Ms Moitra has blamed the parliamentary morals council that investigated cash-for-inquiry charges against her and suggested her ejection of “defying each norm”.

The morals council presented the report in parliament on December 8 following quite a while of questioning every one individuals engaged with the matter, including the complainants legal counselor Jai Anant Dehadrai and BJP pioneer Nishikant Dubey.

She charged the parliamentary morals board of trustees that investigated cash-for-inquiry claims against her of “defying each norm”. “The council disrupted each guideline… Tomorrow, the CBI will be shipped off my home to badger me,” Ms Moitra told journalists outside parliament.
