Imprints And Spencer Apologizes After Christmas Promotion Triggers Shock Over Palestinian Banner

Imprints and Spencer, a UK-based retail brand, has apologized in the wake of experiencing harsh criticism for supposedly sharing an Instagram image of Christmas celebration caps consuming in the shades of the Palestinian banner, according to a report in BBC. The picture, taken from one of the brand’s notices, showed red, green and silver caps consuming in a chimney that was contrasted with a Palestinian banner.
The brand brought down the image and expressed that the ad was shot in August, preceding the beginning of the Israel-Gaza war. They expressed that they expected to “energetically show that certain individuals detest wearing paper Christmas caps”.

Imprints and Spencer took to X, previously Twitter, and posted an explanation. They said, “Today we shared an outtake picture from our Christmas dress and home advert, which was kept in August before the contention broke out among Israel and Hamas. It showed customary, bubbly hued red, green and silver Christmas paper party caps in a fire grind.”
