Moscow: Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday blamed the US for being answerable for what he called “dangerous disarray” unfurling in the Center East.
“Who is sorting out the dangerous disarray and who benefits from it today, as I would like to think, has proactively ended up being self-evident… It is the ongoing decision elites of the US and their satellites who are the principal recipients of world precariousness,” Putin said in broadcast remarks.
