UP: A 40-year-elderly person was captured for supposedly attacking a student in UP on Sunday.
The supposed occurrence occurred in Bhadohi region and the survivor was a 17-year-old class 12 understudy. The blamed has been captured.
Police representative Gagan Raj Singh said that the young lady had gone to ease herself out in the open when Sujit Gautam came and remained before her and made foul motions.
At the point when the young lady raised a caution, Sujit attempted to assault and choke her yet made a hurried break when local people raced to the spot, Mr Singh said.
Gautam was reserved under segments 354 A (lewd behavior) and 323 (deliberately causing hurt) of the IPC and areas of the Insurance of Kids from Sexual Offenses Act, said police.
