The message was sent by a supervisor of the organization in southeast China, yet he later erased it, saying it was just a confounded joke.
A boss at the organization named Luo started a gathering talk on WeChat with his staff on November 30, which included five female representatives. At a certain point during the discussion, he encouraged the ladies to begin putting on cosmetics.
