Elon Musk has been making headlines throughout Donald Trump’s pre-inauguration for various reasons, including his ‘Nazi salute’, bringing his son X to the stage, and now being spotted with his mystery partner’. Pictures of Elon Musk being accompanied by Shivon Zilis, mother of his three children, at Trump’s dinner have piqued curiosity about her.
Shivon Zilis, whose relationship with Elon Musk is unclear, remained out of the spotlight until she was next to the Tesla CEO at Trump’s pre-inauguration dinner. In one of the pictures, now viral, she interacts with notable attendees, including Jeff Bezos, his fiancee Lauren Sanchez, Ivanka Trump, and Jared Kushner.
This marked the first time that Musk’s side saw Zilis in such a high-profile setting. She had previously attended a black-tie gala at Mar-a-Lago after Trump’s re-election in 2024, but she stayed in the background as Musk posed with their daughter Azure, as reported by the Daily Mail.
Zills is not only one of the X owner’s romantic interests but also the mother of his three children. In 2021, the pair quietly welcomed twins Strider and Azure. The same year, Musk also welcomed his second child with Grimes. Zilis and Musk then welcomed a third child together in 2024.
In Elon Musk by journalist Walter Isaacson, which came out in 2023, Shivon Zilis said Musk “encouraged” her to have children.
“He wants smart people to have kids, so he encouraged me to do this,” Zilis said in the book. Although Zillis initially planned on using an anonymous sperm donor, Musk later suggested that he could be the donor, which she agreed to.
“I can’t possibly think of genes I would prefer for my children,” Zilis said in the book.
