Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal has expressed his interest in collaborating with business and product leaders who have integrated artificial intelligence (AI) as their “second brain.”
He invited such individuals to reach out to him via email, specifying that the subject line should include the phrase “I have a second brain.” Goyal took to microblogging site X (formerly Twitter) where he said:
“I am looking to work with business and product leaders who have already started using AI as their second brain. If you are the one, please write to me at d@zomato.com.”.
Adding further, he wrote “PLEASE include the phrase “I have a second brain” in the subject line.”

An X user Rushabh Shah, commented on Goyal’s post, stating “Using AI as your “second brain” can help streamline decision-making and enhance creativity, allowing you to focus on what truly matters. It’s becoming a game changer for professionals.”. The Zomato CEO replied in affirmative. He said “Absolutely. My productivity is up multiple times since I embraced it.”.
Not a first when Zomato CEO posted a job listing on X
Deepinder Goyal has previously used X platform to post unusual job offers. Last year, he wrote that he is looking to hire someone “hungry” but inexperienced, empathetic but willing to make unpopular decisions, and notably, someone with “zero entitlement.”
“We are making this job unattractive for most people,” Goyal then said in the post, positioning the role as a premium learning opportunity rather than a traditional executive position.
The candidate was then asked to pay Rs 20 lakh as a “fee,” which Deepinder said the company will fully donate to Feeding India. After one unpaid year, the position offered a salary exceeding Rs 50 lakh—if you survive that long working across Zomato’s empire of food delivery, quick commerce, and restaurant supply chains.
