Expelled US House Speaker To Leave Congress At End Of Year

Washington: Kevin McCarthy, who was removed as the conservative speaker of the US Place of Delegates in October, declared Wednesday that he will leave Congress toward the year’s end.
The takeoff of the 58-year-old representative from California will leave conservatives with a thin 220-213 larger part in the chamber.

McCarthy’s declaration comes only days after George Santos, an embarrassment tormented conservative delegate from New York, was ousted from the House, simply the 6th part to be tossed out since Congress started thinking in 1789.

Two months prior, McCarthy become the main speaker to be expelled in the House’s 234-year history.
