55-Year-Old Delhi Top Cop Shoots Himself At His Home: Police

New Delhi: A 55-year-old Delhi police official, Anil Sisodiya passed on after he purportedly shot himself at his home in South-East Delhi, said the police on Wednesday.
The occurrence occurred in the Jangpura area of South East Delhi, the police added.

Anil Sisodiya was posted as Aide Magistrate of Police (ACP) in the South-West zone of Delhi.

“A 55-year-old ACP of Delhi Police, distinguished as Anil Sisodia, purportedly kicked the bucket by self destruction by shooting himself at his home in Jangpura. His better half spent away three days back”, the Delhi police said.

In the interim, a test is in progress into the matter, it added.
